Town Line Vacation Packages

The staff were very helpful & pleasant especially the Bistro staff were very helpful . The room was good but the sink was clogged , the manager said will send maintainance take care of it & reported later that it was taken care of it but we discovered that it was not & had to change room the next day which was inconvenient. I believe the house keeping should have reported this issue before since they supposedly cleaned the room.

The room was very roomy and comfortable. The location was great too. Breakfast was really good and the staff were friendly

Very nice newer hotel. Bit of a drive to get to the city though. No complaints at all about the room except housekeeping didn’t clean the room, although they were actively cleaning rooms on my end of the hall when I left the room. Overall my stay was very pleasant. There is a lounge in the hotel that seems to be pretty popular with people who are not staying in the hotel, but the customers didn’t disrupt anything at the hotel other than the parking. There was no loitering, nor any other disruptive behavior.

Self checkin was easy. The room was clean and comfortable. Heat and AC worked well when temps ranged from 40-75 outside! The facilities are older but well maintained.

Last 4 years I’ve frequently stayed this hotel since my son in UB. Room carpet was found very filthy & dirty. I’ve chosen this hotel because close to north campus. No improvement been seen in the property and room. I will not recommend anyone to stay here.
